My innocent brain thought that choosing my faculty was the hardest part, but after that I discovered the painful truth :/ , first I called the university to know what should I do, and the awesome clerk replied (didn't think she would make effort to hold the phone), but the smile on my face when the clerk replied has disappeared so fast when I heard her voice, she was yelling at me!! did I do anything to her??!!!!!!! all what I have done was to ask (which papers shall I prepare to apply for the university?) then I found a cesspool has got wide open in the phone saying (CAN'T YOU COME AND ASK BY YOURSELF?????? SHALL I SAY EVERYTHING TO YOU WHILE YOU ARE AT YOUR HOME?!!!!) , then I understood that it was the clerk speaking and wasn't a cesspool, actually I had nothing to say or do except closing the line, because the awesome clerk had no time to answer my questions, I don't know why she is working actually ...
